what I did.
run 3.5 km
cycle 15 km
1500 steps on the elliptical
3 sets of 50 punches + 10 push-ups + 50 punches with the punchbag
10 minutes on the rowing machine
beat my plank record of 190 seconds (3:10)
10 minutes on the power plate

Since I only have until February 4th to lose some fat and get in a better shape (I mean, I just want to look better by Feb 4th and be able to wear my goal jeans, of course I’m not expecting to lose all of the fat and get in my best shape in just a month!), should I start today and not eat any crappy food at this new year’s eve party tonight? Or can I just enjoy myself tonight and start...
