Would you please stop this? I already told you that I am not undereating. Like I said, I work in an office and I’m a student. I’m not active apart from my exercise which isn’t crazy either. This is starting to piss me off.
I appreciate the concern but I am alright and I am definitely eating enough. I eat every two hours so I am basically eating all the time. And I am eating enough calories.
My BMR is around 1,400 and I eat around 1,500 calories. I know it’s enough. I’ve been doing this for long enough to know it. So please leave me alone with this. Thanks.
