If it works for you, no! If you feel comfortable with it, it’s great that you can eat that much!
It’s just that I can’t eat any more because like I said, I already eat every two hours, every meal is fulfilling and I don’t wanna stuff my face when I’m already full.
Everybody’s different! If that’s what works for you, more power to you.
I’m not telling myself I can’t eat more either- it just happens.
